Terms
Terms of use for buyers and publishers
These are the ground rules for using MoarContent. We kept them general and readable. If something is unclear, ask through the account page.
Main point
You choose the links and you own the decision
MoarContent provides a marketplace and a delivery process. It does not control search engines, and it cannot promise how a page will rank.
- No ranking guarantees
- Your target pages, your responsibility
- Payment is a separate, deliberate step
How an order works under these terms
Find and add
You browse donors and add placements to a basket. The basket carries no charge.
Review
You check the rows, the target URLs, the keywords and the content mode you picked.
Pay from balance
You top up the balance in the dashboard and pay the basket. Top-ups are not made through the API.
Delivery
The placement is written and published, usually within about 24 hours, and its status appears under ordered links.
Your responsibilities
You must use the service lawfully. Do not point links at pages that are illegal, deceptive or that you have no right to promote. You answer for the content you supply, including finished articles and written instructions.
Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. Keep account access private. Actions taken with your login or your API key count as yours. Protect them like a bank password.
What the service does and does not promise
We describe each donor row as accurately as we can, with Domain Rating, traffic, referring domains, niche, language and price. These figures come from third-party and internal measurements, and they change over time.
Placements are intended to be permanent and dofollow. That is all. We make no promise about rankings, traffic or revenue, and we cannot promise how a search engine will treat any link. Results depend on your pages and on search engines we do not control.
Publishers who list their own sites
If you sell links on your site, you set the price and approve every placement. Payouts to publishers are made weekly. You are responsible for the content you approve and for keeping your listing accurate.
We may remove a listing or an account that breaks these terms or harms other users.
Content you supply
You can write your own prompt or hand over a finished article. Choose carefully. Either way you confirm that you have the right to use that text and that it does not harm others. Automatic mode writes from the target URL and keyword instead.
Published articles live on third-party sites. After a placement goes live, we cannot promise that the host site will keep every other page unchanged. Treat each order as a purchase of a published link.
Use the account page for questions. We may revise these terms as the service develops, and the date at the top marks the latest version. Related reading: privacy notes and the about page.
